		<description>In our workshops for women seeking integration of work with personal goals and objectives, we ask them to devote 8 hours quarterly to the planning -- and sustaining -- of their life balance goals.  We likely spend that amount of time standing in line for coffee each month...  

It is not until we identify and are clear on our objectives that we can create the roadmap for their fulfillment.  Once shown the path, however, the movement from "what" to "how" can be seamless.  This is our mission at the The New Having It All.
