You are absolutely correct about watching less TV and filtering what we see and hear. I cut out TV and e-mail for 21 days several years ago during a spiritual fast and found, I was much more focused and productive during that period. After that time, I found I could more easily distinguish between fact and faction in media. Now, I find myself once again turning my TV off more than it is on, because there is so much sensational "ratings driven" fiction mixed in with the facts, it's making me sick! Fortunately, I have found some powerful antedotes in the Success magazine, Success.com, good spiritual leaders etc. Thank you again for sharing this simple yet very effective medicinal advice! I am sharing it with everyone who will listen in hopes of inoculating others against the illness of fear and desperation that appears to be infecting us nationally and internationally. Everyone is running scared thinking that we are going to have another depression. When I think of the people that came out of the depression, realized the opportunities they had and became wealthy my first thought is maybe that's not such a bad thing. I have quit watching TV and listening to all the panic driven talk. Like the Sam Walton story, we need to invest in the future and not wallow in the present pessimistic mood. There is so much opportunity for success right now. Everyone is running scared thinking that we are going to have another depression.
