Review: INTRO, GETTING READY & Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 , 8
Wow! We have covered some incredible ground thus far! You have your ambitious and appropriate goals that are based on your strengths and opportunities and have been whole-life balanced. You know who you want to become, who you want to serve and you have the strategic plan of action to achieve all your worthy goals.
Now it is time to create an execution system to implement your plan in the real world—your world.
Some of the best of intentions and greatest plans have failed because there wasn’t a system of execution to see them through. When it comes down to it, your new plans, your new actions, your new behavior, have to be implemented into your monthly, weekly and ultimately daily routine. A routine is something you do every day without fail… and eventually without thinking about it.
Consider this: Anything you are successful at you have probably developed a routine for it. How do you remember to keep your teeth healthy, your ears clean, your skin hydrated, your pantry full, the kids’ homework done, etc. You have incorporated the daily behaviors into a routine.
We also develop routines to keep ourselves sane. If we had to consciously think about every step of each ordinary task—making breakfast, driving the kids to school, getting to work, and so on—our lives would grind to a halt.
Aristotle said, “We are what we repeatedly do.”
In an interview, John C. Maxwell told me, “You will never change your life until you change something you do daily. The secret of your success is found in your daily routine.”
I’ve met and worked with many great achievers, CEOs and “superstars.” I can tell you that they all share this one commonality—they have developed systems for accomplishing their necessary daily disciplines. A daily routine built on good habits and disciplines is what separates the most successful amongst us from everyone else.
So, we now need to take your big goals and your strategic plan to achieve them and build an OS (Operating System) for your life. In the attached worksheets I will help you build the appropriate MOOs—Methods Of Operation. There will be Quarterly MOOs, Monthly MOOs, Weekly MOOs and Daily MOOs.
Then I will give you one of the most profound documents of this program—it is called the Weekly Rhythm Register. It will take the half-dozen key behaviors/actions you need to perform and measure each day and each week and give you a dashboard of accountability and performance tracking. This is one of the documents I use when consulting clients as a central communication and accountability mechanism. My clients pay big bucks for this info, but because you’re committed to participating in this 8-week, life-changing course, you’re getting it free!
Download and complete the ACHIEVEMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM along with the WEEKLY RHYTHM REGISTER. (Download 9; Worksheet 13) (NOTE: The links and passwords are sent via the e-mail feed. If you are just registering now, they will be sent with the next feed. E-mail feeds typically go out in the evening following the published post.)
Any new realizations, insights or ‘ah-ha’s’ experienced going through this step of the journey? Share them in the comments below.
In the next installment I will help you avoid one of the most common and biggest mistakes ambitious goal-oriented people make. It’s something that can cost you ultimate victory and great fortunes.

02/Feb/2010 1Hi, I am still catching up on the program for starting a little late. I am filling out all the worksheets and alot of the questions pertain to what I am doing now, but I hate what I’m doing now and that is why I decided to do this. So how do I get to focusing on what I want to do and not on what I am currentlky doing and hate. I have definately realized, what I do does not benefit anyone in a positive way or that I am making a difference, while I do this program. Thank You!
[DARREN HARDY] It is not about whether you love what you do or not. Many of the questions will help you discover your functional strengths and weaknesses from your experience of what you are doing now. You want to find a bridge - from your existing strengths, attributes, experience, interests, connections, knowledge, etc. to what you really want to do so you can figure out how to be successful at it.

02/Feb/2010 3Darren: Thank you for your mentorship! Both my wife and I are completing the Designing the Best Ten Years of your Life. I’m 51 years old, and the questions reveal a lot of what I haven’t done yet. However, going through the process is exciting! I have so much that I can accomplish in the next ten years, and you’ve given me a clear map to follow, plus the motivation to keep moving forward! At 51 years of age, it’s never to late to start designing the next ten years of your life. Another thing you have given me is HOPE. As Zig Ziglar has said, “If there’s hope in the future, there’s power in the present”. I now have POWER going forward, and it feels great!!
Thanks for helping all of us.
[DARREN HARDY] Great Zig Ziglar quote, Keith! And right on point! Thanks so much for sharing.

02/Feb/2010 4This is the most important thing I have done so far in my life; I have never planned anything this well. I am accused of over analyzing; which I know slows me down or detours me completely. I know focus, trust Doug, trust the process, and trust God. Just Do It! I am caughting up, redoing some of the exercises, and learning a lot. Oh! by the way, I am married, 5 children, 5 grandchildren, 2 more on the way, a minister, and a salesman. I am present, I am excited, and I am very grateful! Thank you one and all.

02/Feb/2010 5Thanks, Darren, for making this program available through e-mail. I am seeing change. I first learnt about the benefits of writing a personal mission statement in 1996 but never got around writing one until now. I spent this past Sunday afternoon working towards my 2010 goals instead of shopping or aimlessly surfing the internet and it felt good. I am trying to change careers and just joined a networking group which I defined as a new habit I need to start for 2010. I feel that I was stuck in first gear and I am seeing now some of the acceleration that you talked about at the beginning of the program. Thanks, again.

02/Feb/2010 6DH, you are a Maximizer in the best sense of the word. Thanks! Since starting this course your posts and worksheets have helped overcome the inertia of a mud-stuck, pithed amphibian and moved me forward in my life plan like high voltage electro-shock. You have re-engaged my heart and head to re-envision and re-embrace my purpose. Here are just a couple of the lily pads I am hopping to on the way to a part of the lake where I can make my best splash: 1. I took a risk, started a my first blog to cheer extraordinary people forward and 2. I’m taking a new class (FPU) with my spouse to enhance our financial outlook. More progress to come… in the best 10 years of my life.
[DARREN HARDY] Wow, William, great first steps! Glad you have already taken a few leaps and are getting out there and actually DOING what you need in order to make real changes TODAY! Kudos to you and make sure you keep us posted.

02/Feb/2010 8Thanks Darren, There has already been a dramatic change for the better in my life, especially as a Husband and Father. I found your magazine by chance back in September and thank God I did. You may never know how many life’s you have helped change simply because you can’t measure what life’s I am going to change because of your help. Thanks again.
“I am what I am today because of the choices I made yesterday.”
[DARREN HARDY] Thanks for the kind words, Nathan. So very glad you found SUCCESS and are working on yourself here with us today!

02/Feb/2010 9Ah Ha moment in 360…
I found that I a need to assess the inner working situations (office dynamics) bfore making the leap in to the job. Being a confident person will take you far, but you should always be open to learing new things.
and I am sure thier will me more Ah Ha’s to come.

02/Feb/2010 10Wow Darren, this is the bomb!! Life changing transformation daily. The juices are flowing, the confidence is building. My mind is changing, waking up early each day with excitment of what I can accomplish and who can I bless! Im living more in the moment and not worrying about tomorrow, cause I cant grow an inch by worrying. The goals are coming together, and as I visualize and think of who I want to be or accomplish now, my mind is open and attract the people and means to accomplish that goal!
[DARREN HARDY] Lovin’ the enthusiasm, Ray Ray!!! Keep it coming!!!

02/Feb/2010 11Darren-
For my “Give to Get” section ironically (or not!) I came up with the 3C’s — consistency, contentment, confidence. I must say its been a challenge this past week to sit down & figure out who I need to give those things to — not sure of who to give them to or HOW to give them has been more of the challenge! Thank you for giving your time for this program — Ive set goals before but never SET goals. Thank you for making me look at what I need to do/become to achieve them!
Deliana
02/Feb/2010 12Darren THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!!
This whole process has been the most exiting thing I have done for myself lately. I am geting up early in the morning with sooo much hope for tomorrow, I’m just happier every day, full of energy, I’m singing all day long. You are helping me reevaluate my purpose in life. I emigrated to US in persuing the American dream….in order to survive I got myself into working more and more to be able to pay the debt. And ofcource I gave up dreaming. But now I am coming alive and start dreaming again. Thanks to Success magazine and thanks to you Darren. May the Lord bless you.
Ray
02/Feb/2010 13WOW this idea of a system or “RYTHM” is exciting to consider, one of my biggest challenges is the daily discipline and success routine. The “WORK” sheet looks like the piece of the puzzle that I have been missing for a long, long time.
Blessings and a prosperously profitable day to you and the Success team.

02/Feb/2010 14Darren –
For this week, which three goals are we supposed to focus on as we have been working on 6 goals for the past two worksheets the 2010 ones or the 10 yr ones.
or is it up to us to choose.
[DARREN HARDY] Great question, Nadine. Let’s focus on your 2010 goals. They should be a stepping stone to your 10 year goals anyhow.

03/Feb/2010 16Hi Team :o) how are we all doing !!!!

03/Feb/2010 17Darren I thank God for you and ACN. I may have never recieved the these tools that will provide the foundation for me fufilling purpose in my life. It must be truly awesome to be at the stage in life, where the fulfillment in one’s life comes with helping others attain fulfillment, so Christ-like. I will teach this to others as I continue to attract the world I want to see. Now that I have finally caught up, the one area I need help with is. How do I maintain the necessary disciplines, without fustrating my wonderful wife with my level of focus? She has most if the materials and wants to do it, but may not have the same sense of urgency for completing it.
[DARREN HARDY] Napoleon, let people go at their own pace. We all have different finger prints for a reason - we are all unique and will have different approaches and paces to what we want to accomplish. Just be sure your wife is on your focused goal list so you don’t neglect one of your most important priorities - husband.
Jane
03/Feb/2010 18Napoleon make a great point. Now comes the really hard part implementing my goals in daily life. My husband wants to spend the weekend resting and recooperating from our busy week (not as busy ‘the olifiers) and I want to tackle my goals. Any advice?
[DARREN HARDY] Hi Jane, please see my response to Napoleon above. Sounds like the two of you are in the same boat!

03/Feb/2010 19Darren, After 33yrs in the Fire Service, the ah ha moment came to me 7 months ago as to my future goals in a upper Management position. Your program is timely for me ,and has broadened my perspective of my life and the future that I HOLD FOR MYSELF !
The tools and concepts of your program have given me the drive again for success without waiting in line!!!

03/Feb/2010 20Thank You! Thankyou Darren! I am learning so much about myself. This is really motivating me. Look forward to each segment.
Justme
03/Feb/2010 21I don’t know if I can do this.
I will be 45yrs old,
been in the same industry/same level for almost 17years,
been overweight for almost 20 years,
average intelligence,
live paycheck to paycheck (barely)
May this is just me. I dream of being more, but maybe this just me.
Barry
03/Feb/2010 22I am assuming this is for the three one-year goals. Is there a similar achievement and rhythm scheme to superimpose on these for the 10-year goals, or does one simply hold these in the background and refer to them from time to time?
[DARREN HARDY] Let’s focus on your 2010 goals, Barry. They should be a stepping stone to your 10 year goals anyhow.

03/Feb/2010 23Darren, I appreciate this class/course so much and you sharing it with us. I picked up my first Success mag. the June/July issue 2008 with the 50 Greatest Entrepreneurs of All Time and have not looked back. However, listening and watching the dual CD’s, and reading, etc. I have stopped and taken notes and read them over and over but more passive than active! What has made the difference for me? You having us sign the pledge, having this email for support, interacting with us twice a week for support, your video, all the interviewing of myself and becoming aware of some of my roadblocks that I had never realized. Like others have shared now I have a new found energy and belief in Napoleon Hill’s “Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, the mind can achieve” and I’m happy to report for 2010 my potential is overflowing. Thanks!

03/Feb/2010 25Thanks for the DYBYE process. It is providing focus to my goals & objectives. When I share my answers with my wife - it helps her to understand me a lot better; and it helps me to focus on being more relational with my spouse & teenage kids. In addition, most importantly, helping me understand myself to investigate a career change.
Brian
03/Feb/2010 26Justme,
You can do anything with focus. Scripturally, ‘With God, All things are possible.” Matthew 19:26
This means that faith something is possible, and believe in yourself - one may achieve anything!

03/Feb/2010 27Darren, The whole process is very helpful and eye openning for many of us. I have been keeping up with all the worksheets. These worksheets are great! I have been printing out the PDF and write down with pen. I would really appreciate if there is an editable version so that I can fill-out the worksheet on my computer. I notice that some of the worksheet I want to repeat it every year, month, week.
Thank You
Karma
[MAGGIE SCOTT] Hi Karma! The worksheets are actually editable, you just can’t save the edits. But you can print them out with your answers and save the original file to use again and again and again….

03/Feb/2010 28oh! I can SO see the benefits of all of this!!!! Imagine that we pay more attention and pour more details into other things (our cars for example!) and NOT our life!
I find myself stuck on these last few worksheets however. The perfectionist (procrastinator!) feels as if my goals are to ‘vague’ (or not right!)?
Do you have a suggestion when you get stuck on the goals and what you ‘think’ you want? How specific must we be?
One of my goals for 2010 is to increase my confidence - how do I measure this? And then I’m finding the breakdown of “intermediate destinations” “resources” etc. difficult around this…
Anyone have any suggestions or can provide some insight on what they’ve done?
thanks!
jodi
[DARREN HARDY] Jodi, why do you want to increase your confidence? How is it holding you back not having it? What is the outcome of your increased confidence? How will we know you are more confident? If you are more confident ho will the results in your life change? i.e. you will produce more sales, you will ask for more referrals, you will be more persuasive with you kids… figure out the outcome of having more confidence and measure that - that is how you will know if you are increasing your confidence. Think in outcomes/results - that’s what goals are.
Kathy
03/Feb/2010 29I read the comments but don’t put any up. I really have never set goals and I have been stuck on trying to even find 6 goals in each category for one and then the ten year. Am I just trying too hard? Is anyone else having a problem with this? Does anyone have any suggestions for me on this?
I have recommended this to many friends, but not many are sticking with it. Thank you Darren…I will get there I hope.
[DARREN HARDY] Next week you will see why I say this - you might need new friends. The kind that will start and finish something like this. Ones who have a sincere interest in learning, growing, improving… and are willing to do the difficult work it takes to do so. Then those friends can push, prod and challenge you to see your greater potential in every area of your life. Stay tuned… next weeks posts will help you on this.
Laron
03/Feb/2010 30I’m catching up on the worksheets. I’m going to print out my vision statement and my mission statement and place it on my mirror and my bulletin board. The main thing I need to do is take the action steps necessary to achieve my goal.
[DARREN HARDY] Awesome idea to place them both on your mirror and bulletin board, Laron! Constant reminders are always a great motivator!

03/Feb/2010 31I was sent this course on a call to a friend. This is one of 2 life changing events that I have seen in my life. And both happened in a year. I am so excited to have this course in my hands to help me go forward with the other. Thank you so very much Darren for this chance to “re-invent” myself.

04/Feb/2010 32Im also in the same boat as Napoleon. I have printed the worksheets out for my husband and son (21) but neither is as intent on doing them as I am. My daughter (18) has the Success for Teens booklet and also has not desire. I also have about 10 friends on the program and only 1 is keeping up with me. We work on them together and its been a great way to build on our goals
I have relinquished that control
and decided that you cannot force someone to see it the way that you do. Im just focusing on “me” for once and really delving into what “I” need to get out of this……………whew………….its really hard to say “me” and “I” but Im learning that its ok
I know that everyone around me is seeing a change already and they are all wondering whats going on with JOY
I love it!!!!
Thanks so so very much Darren! And Napoleon…………..I love ACN as well because without it I would not have been introduced to Darren

04/Feb/2010 34Hi Nisha,
Overwhelming isn’t it? All these exercises are no joke, and they are doing their job. I think there’s many of us who are going through the same feelings as you are. If you don’t know what your vocation is, what profession to choose, you, like me, need to spend more time in Part 2: Why You Exist-Finding and Defining Your Major Purpose. Read the information, be clear in your values, what disgusts you, what excites you, be aware of your emotions, all that will give you a clue of what path you’re inclined to follow. Know yourself before you even try to set big goals. You don’t have to finish this program in 8 weeks. Download the worksheet to your computer and spend more time where you need to. I will spend 2010 knowing myself better and taking some action by Increasing my network of friends, getting involved in activities with them, participating in the Men’s Ministry of my Church and volunteering. By getting this kind of exposure to the world, I will sure find out a few things about myself. Enjoy the process! The end result will be a better and happier You.
[DARREN HARDY] Couldn’t have said it better myself, Daniel! Thank you so much for jumping in and being there for others on this life-changing journey. And especially for the reminder to ENJOY the process!!! Just because this is hard work, does not mean we have to be constantly confused, depressed or downright miserable because of what we find. Be ENCOURAGED that great and positive change in coming with each passing step!
Brian
04/Feb/2010 35I agree with Daniel’s advice to Nisha. As I go thru the worksheets and get stumped on one question or another, I keep going. As I do more, I find answers to previous questions that I struggled with giving an answer. Certainly, over time and making changes; we will change, and we need to go thru this process again, and take further steps along our life walk.
Erik
04/Feb/2010 36Darren I have a question for you. I was excited about your program and I still am, but my father past away two weeks ago and I am still working through that. But I am way behind and just starting out.
My question for you, is it too late to start now? Given I have very little time during the week to do the sheets but I did see on your week two video that alot of people are having this same problem.
What is your best suggestion for me at this time?
[DARREN HARDY] Erik, of course it is not too late! Just jump right in and do the best that you can. You can save the installments and worksheets on your computer to complete as you go. But you have to ask yourself, ‘what is holding me back? Did I turn on the TV instead of working on the program?’ I understand that you may have more pressing matters at hand but make sure you are taking out time for YOU as well! We would love to have you with us at the finish line!
Erik
04/Feb/2010 37Please feel free to email me back if you would like.
Thank You Agian

04/Feb/2010 38I am stuck. Not just in my progress in this great program. I seem lost in the process of trying to do the worksheets. If anyone else has experienced this, how did you overcome it?
[DARREN HARDY] Keep working through it, Paul. Ask for help from others around you. Do it with a partner, friend or colleague to keep you on track and pushing forward. And remember your Commitment Pledge! Many have suggested posting somewhere obvious so you are motivated every time you see it.
Eric
04/Feb/2010 39I am catching up with this program as I have been so busy IMPLEMENTING what I am learning. I turn 40 this year and needed to get out of the rut I had put myself in!. Had a Major wakeup call in 2008 so after dealing with that I am READY TO MAKE MY THOUGHTS REALITY. and this course is helping me. Thank you Darren, From the Bottom of this old soldiers heart.

04/Feb/2010 40This has been some life changing information which i think should be made availaible from gradeschool.I don’t know why we should live a huge chunk of our lives without a target to aim for, The life education you have shared with us is not only improving our business life, but for me and my wife has really rekindled a love and closeness which the daily life was robbing us.Darren from the bottom of our hearts we thank you and may you live long to enlighten tomorrows leaders.

04/Feb/2010 41I constantly think big however I am told I have adult ADD as I find it hard to keep focused (I am always thinking). I find it difficult to focus on what needs to get done however I am finding this process very helpful, but it takes a lot of time to complete. Is there any tips for people who keep thinking (ideas all over) who have problems keeping focused or multitasking. My weakness is in the execution and I hope to achieve goals rather than just set them.
I am also following Jim Rohns material (wow) I really want to be a goal achiever.
I also used to play very competitive sports and I find myself superstitious to a point that it would drive my success mentors crazy. ie. reverse psychology. Thinking the opposite (bad) so something good can happen. I know we are supposed to always think the best… but supersition comes into play. Any resources or suggestions?
I also want to say thank you very much… the impact I see you are making is priceless.
[DARREN HARDY] Many of the great achievers I have interviewed also have versions of ADD so it’s not entirely a bad thing. You will have to work extra hard at staying the course and being focused. This material is especially important for you. You need to get a clear path and plan of action so when you get distracted you can just go back to the plan versus spiraling out of control. Push yourself to see the process through, then push yourself to stick with your plan… all the while remaining flexible. Yes it’s an art, not science.
Erik
05/Feb/2010 42Thank you Darren I appreciate it and I am going to start the process all over again. Hopefully I can meet everyone at the finish line.
Thank You Again for this material hopefully we can all benefit from it.

06/Feb/2010 43Just a quick thought on the Weekly Rhythm Register -
In July 2008 I began Dave Ramsey’s “Total Money Makeover” (btw - loved the interview with him in the February issue of Success), and through that program I learned to create a budget. My dedication to that simple practice has, quite literally, revolutionized my financial life. It put me in charge of my money, instead of the other way around.
I can see clearly that this document alone, the Weekly Rhythm Register, along with my commitment to use it consistently will do the same for my life at large, as I move powerfully forward and attain my goals over the next ten years and beyond. There is power in planning your behavior and having it written down in black and white right in front of you this way.
Amazing stuff.
[DARREN HARDY] Right on, Rich! Thanks for posting!

06/Feb/2010 44Hi Darren,
Worksheet #13 on the bottom. your tip is stop doing list. I can gather so many things on to a list. so if no list where to I write stuff down to get work done. my list range up too 20, 25, 30 plus items that are all important. of course are prioritize !! I have done a too do list for yrs. learned from Corp. also how bad is it really to read before going to bed?? that’s when I get my 30 mins in? and one last thing just between us Lol. I am 45 and am on a 2nd success journey in my life!!. having a hard time socializing with people that are bus. orientated or own there own. bus. and hear and see what I am doing with your next 10 yr plan. they thing it is great yes,yes all the time on agreeing to do better. and they don’t it. it is all talk. I’m tired of them saying that they are going to start and haven’t and they wonder where they are at in life. always the same answer. oh I am working on it.all get to it later! so my ? is the people that I hang out with are great. but not doer’s where is the fine line to keep finding stronger mind like people?? frustrated in Palm Desert!!

07/Feb/2010 45This should be a required course in high school. I knew I had goals, but was never taught, until now, how to achieve them. Define my goals, have a strategic plan of action and then stay on track with your MOO. How simple is that!
This weekend I am finishing up the last worksheet. Persistence is the name of the game. Just Keep Moving! Now that I have a MOO to go by, my goals are within reach.
Great Job Darren! I was skeptic when I started. Boy am I glad I stuck with it!
Tamra
[DARREN HARDY] Exactly, Tamra! Keep going!!!

08/Feb/2010 46I have been following your program faithfully. Even though I am 60 years old and should be thinking about my retirement I am very excited in planning and setting goals for the next ten years of my life. Even though I have been in sales most of my life I now see I lacked direction and purpose and that is the reason I never became a successful salesperson. Sadly the only goal I had was to retire and live from my SS check. SAD. I am very fortunate that I have found your site. I am excited and looking forward for the best ten years of my life in which I hope I can inspire and be able to be a role model for many women my age who believe (liked I used to) that life was over. Thank you.

10/Feb/2010 47I can relate to (#41). I feel a little all over the board right now. I have had to re-do worksheet #10 3 times. I dont feel my goals are defined enough or deep enough. I cant seem to delve a bit deeper……………… Any suggestions?

17/Feb/2010 49I am not getting the worksheets any more to down load and complete. I want worksheets from Part 8.
[MAGGIE SCOTT] Hi Annie! The worksheets are now archived here: http://darrenhardy.success.com/about/challenge-worksheets/ and can be accessed using the password located at the bottom of the most recent email installments. I will go ahead and email all of this to you as well to make sure you are all set to go!

17/Feb/2010 50Under Worksheet #13 You have a tip: suggestions for your monthly and quarterly Reviews- to stop doing lists. Why aren’t lists a good thing? I’ve lived on lists all my life!
[DARREN HARDY] Hi Amelie. I think you might be a bit confused here. I am not suggesting you “stop doing lists” but actually use a LIST for things you should STOP DOING. For example, one item on the list could be “stop watching TV during dinner” if that is something you and your family do. Does that make sense?

20/Feb/2010 51Hi Darren.
I’ll add one more *thanks* to the long list above. I’ve read many programs like this and I’m not easily surprised - after I’ve read this post, however, I thought - what a great idea!
I have some practical questions though.
Could you maybe post an example how you organize your day? It’s good to keep focused but few of us have the benefit of not having to do other things - family, household, friends, studies etc. just get in your way. How do you deal with that? Do you work on your goal say 8 hours a day and the rest is then split between other activities?
[DARREN HARDY] Everyone’s day/priorities/responsibilities/goals are different. Me telling you my day isn’t going to help you. The program had you figure out your core values - structure your day around those and start saying no to everything else. In order to accomplish more you have to say no more to the things that are not valuable to accomplishing your high priority goals/values.
And how about the maintanence when you start something? For example: I’ve got over 300 contacts on LinkedIn say but because I know them all personally, I need to keep in touch with them face to face, otherwise the quality of the relationship drops. And that takes time. So how do you make sure that the follow-ups of your previous cycle don’t interfere with your next cycle?
I’d be grateful for your answers. Thank you in advance.
P.
[DARREN HARDY] Prioritize your contacts. You need valuable relationships not contacts. No matter the size of your database you will only do business/leverage the relationship of about 80 people. Then prioritize them and spend a few hours a week doing nothing but touching base with a handful every week. A good book on it is The Power of Who by Bob Beaudine.

23/Feb/2010 52I have a question re worksheet #13 set. The “tip” at the bottom of each page mentions the “Planning & Preparation, Stop Doing List”. Where can I access these?
Great program, I’m doing things I’ve never done before and already feel like I’m making strides. Thanks for all of this!

I am trying to find the last few worksheets and do not have a password to log on to that part of the website. How can I get that password or is it too late?
Please advise.
Thanks.
