Beating the Drum for SUCCESS
The release of hardbound version of The Compound Effect into retail has put me on a whirlwind media tour the last couple weeks. By the way, thanks to all your support it hit viagra pills
>NY Times, USA Today and Wall Street Journal bestseller! Thank you!
The two key messages I have been drumming are:
1) Don’t let sensational media convince you otherwise, these are the times of great opportunity (particularly for the budding entrepreneur)–if you take responsibility for your future. Stop watching the news and start making news.
2) Don’t let commercial marketing gimmickry convince you otherwise, there is no quick-fix to success, wealth and happiness. The unsexy truth is success requires hard sometimes tedious, frustrating and defeating work over a long sustained period of time. Period.
I know hard sell, right? But it’s the truth. The only truth. And that’s why I continue to need your help to spread this gospel of truth.
Anyway, a few places you can see me beating the drum of hope, opportunity and self-responsible prosperity are below.
Join me in the march!
Tomorrow, Tuesday November 22nd I will be on The Big Biz Show from 12noon – 2pm PACIFIC time. You can watch a live stream online and chat in real time while I’m on air.

Hello Darren,
The news is usually all about negative stuff because that’s what sells. People pay attention to the news because of their desire to avoid pain and gain pleasure and as such, they feel that if they’re aware of what’s happening, they’ll be able to avoid the pain. Your suggestion of not watching the news is right on point. We were meant to make the news and not watch it
Success most of the time is achieved through hard work in the midst of frustration & defeat over so many months or even years. The key is to never quit and to stay consistent over time.
Thanks for sharing!

@Darren Hardy, I waited too long and missed all the specials. So I’m finishing up a couple of other books that I’m currently reading. Once I’m done with those, I plan on picking it up.

Darren:
Glad to see you getting your message of individual responsibility and hard work out to the media. It’s unfortunate that few young people (and for that matter – older folks) are exposed to the philosophy you espouse. Fortunately I stumbled across it after seeing the movie “The Secret”, which lead to books by authors such as Napoleon Hill, Dale Carnegie, Maxwell Maltz, Norman Vincent Peale, Jack Canfield and finally Success magazine.
Based on the success of your book, it looks like your message is resonating with readers.
Good luck on your mission.
